Renting a room in a 4 bed detached new build.

This is 2 year old new build house and you will be renting the 2nd bedroom which has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and side table’s plus a 32inch Smart TV and access to the main bathroom which will be your own.

You will be sharing the house with myself (landlord)

There is a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs toilet and living room with 65Inch TV including Netflix and Prime.

Upstairs you will have your own bathroom and the 4th Bedroom is an office which can be used during the day.

The Garage has been converted into a workout area with Boxing equipment and a 32 Inch smart tv for you to do any workouts.

I am happy to accept a full time renter or we can negotiate if you are only looking for a Mon - Fri rent.

You will also be sharing with my ‘mid life crisis’ Shih tzu puppy Eric who doesn’t shed at all and actually is great fun!

Travel into Manchester is easy with the Guided Busway V1 and V2 run just a 2 min walk from the house which gets you into City Centre in 25 mins.
