Double room with own bath in a new development

Hello potential room mate, i am letting out a double room with a king size bed with access to own shower and bath as I have an en-suite.

A bit about the property, i have recently acquired this 3 bed-roomed new build house in a quiet part of Manchester and have furnished the place to feel homely. So if you are looking for a place which feels like home rather than shared living space then look no further.

I currently live on my own so i have decided to rent out one of the rooms and looking for someone who is neat and considerate to share this space with. No party animals please (although i doubt any party animal would want to live so far out from central Manchester)

A little bit about to myself, i am a 33 year old accountant (fairly relaxed) who enjoys cooking , barbecues (braai in my part of the world) , travelling, squash, gymnastics, running, weight training, stand up paddling and anything sporty (i like trying new things).

My days are a bit hectic with work and hobbies so i come back home around 9 ish 10ish

Looking for a flat mate to utilise the unoccupied bedroom in my flat.
