Nice, garden area. Cul de sac so no traffic. Safe parking. Afraid you'll have to be ok with dogs - I share a beautiful Blue German Shepherd with my daughter who lives next door. I'm very easy going and you have you're own space and autonomy. Loads of time when I'm not there. Suit any ages really but judge for yourself if you'd like to have a look.
