Double Bedroom Available in 3 Bed Detached House

My current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a clean, respectful housemate to rent a spare double bedroom (I also have a 1 year old puppy)

Housemate would have their own private bathroom, with the rest of the house shared. This includes on street parking, a garden and a garage. The room is shown in the pictures . ** bed included but not pictured

TV included with sky access and Virgin Broadband. Gas, electric and water bill would be split each month. Council tax is Band C

I work late hours so I’m generally out of the house until 9PM most nights - own a gym so free gym membership included with the rent!

Property is located very close to transport links to Manchester, Bolton and Warrington
