You’ll be sharing with just one other person – me! I’m a 46-year-old female Health Advisor and Mindset Coach. I’m friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. The house is always kept clean, calm and welcoming.
🐾 Important Note:
I have one very friendly cat, so this home is best suited to cat lovers only please.
👯♀️ Who I’m Looking For:
Ideally, I’d love to share with a single female professional, like myself, but I’m open to respectful, easygoing male applicants too. Someone who’s sociable but values peace and quiet – maybe we’ll even get on well enough to share the occasional meal, movie night, takeaway, or walk!

• Located a short walk from Parr Bridge Retail Estate (Lidl, Starbucks, Greggs, Subway, GP surgery, and gym)
• Just 5 minutes to Sale Lane bus stop with regular buses to Manchester City Centre, the universities, and hospitals
• Easy access to major roads and motorways:
• 20 mins to Trafford Centre
• 40 mins to Manchester City Centre
• 15 mins to Bolton and Leigh
• 10 mins to Walkden
Plus, there are plenty of nice pubs and scenic walks nearby for some weekend unwinding.
