Loft Room Available - Tyldesly

Converted loft space in a 2/3 bed house available. My sister has moved out (gone back to the hometown) so I need to fill this space! The room can comfortably fit a double mattress with space for rearranging where the bed can go. It’s also available now. The house has all essentials - oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, heated clothes horse, telly, sofa, kettle, air fryer etc. There’s under stairs storage and also a relatively big garden with patio and grass (and bbq!). I have 2 cats, very friendly. I am a professional, out from 8-6 most days and I’m in most weekends. I love to gym and go on hikes, always down for a coffee/a drink.
The house is two streets from Aldi and Four from the town centre, gym and, the bus links are very close.
