We are a friendly couple looking to rent out a room in our home. We have a very friendly and well-behaved golden retriever, so the ideal tenant should be comfortable with dog.

The house has both front and rear gardens and offers a relaxed, homely environment. The room comes with access to shared facilities including a bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Street parking is available, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house, making travel very convenient.

Electricity and gas bills will be split equally among occupants.
