All Bills Inc: Large one bed apartment:

The apartment is on the top floor of our Victorian house. We share the entrance and hallway with you only. The apartment is fully furnished;

- full kitchen,
- dining area,
- lounge with T. V,
- a double bedroom,
- a dressing room and
- a bathroom.

Council tax; electric, gas, water, wi-fi, T. V. licence and water are included in the price. It is set up so that you can walk in and just turn the kettle on (which is also supplied!).

We are a relaxed couple who enjoy a quiet lifestyle. We have a small dog and two cats who would expect you to acknowledge them when you are coming in or going out. However, they do not share your space.

Urmston is a thriving town close to Manchester; Media City, the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford Football and Cricket Club. There is good walking and cycling on the doorstep via the Trans Pennine Way. Urmston has several bars and restaurants to choose from and there are a number of gyms and shops to choose from also. Public transport into Manchester is easily accessible (10 mins by train).

The apartment is set up for one person only, please do not contact us if you are a couple.

The cost for a Monday-Friday let is £600 pcm.
