The property is easy walk (15 mins) to IntuTrafford centre, 7 minutes walk to Trafford retail park (KFC, McD, Nandos, Iceland etc) and 20 mins walk to Urmston Shopping Centre Eden Square. Public transport- 3 mins walk to bus stops which gets you into Manchester city centre, or Urmston station which is 15 mins walk away.
It is a quiet house in a peaceful area. So if you are looking for somewhere to relax after busy day at work.. this is a place for you. Sharing with one person only. Just bought the house so literally just had the carpet fitted a week ago, brand new fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, bed and mattresses.....😊
