Double room in relaxed house.

Hi,

I have a great double room, which is furnished, in a very laid back house. Located 5 minutes walk from Urmston train station on a peaceful, tree lined road. The house benefits from BT Fibre broadband, Netflix & Prime, all of which are included in the rent along with all the other bills. There is a dedicated parking space too (apparently much sort after) which doesn't currently get used.
You will get a housemate who is relaxed, friendly and respectful of your own space. Absolutely ideal for anyone working either in the city centre or in the Northwest due to the close proximity of the motorways.
A bit about me: I work Monday - Friday and at the weekends live a pretty chilled life, lots of hiking, generally I'm out and about enjoying the outdoors. Midweek is a time to relax for me, so mostly cooking and catching a film after a day at work.
I have put some pictures up and viewings are not a problem, just drop me a line.
I also have my dog staying with me a few nights a week :-) She's adorable and is super friendly.
