Double room in relaxed house.

Hi,

I’m advertising a lovely furnished double room in my laid-back, well-kept home on a quiet, tree-lined road just a five-minute walk from Urmston train station.

The house is calm and comfortable, ideal if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. All bills are included in the rent, along with BT Fibre broadband, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There’s also a dedicated off-street parking space available, which is a real bonus in the area.

Location-wise, it’s very convenient — great links into the city centre and easy access to the motorway network, making it ideal for professionals working locally or across the North West.

You’d be sharing with me — I work Monday to Friday and keep things fairly chilled during the week. Evenings are usually spent cooking, relaxing and catching up on a film. Weekends tend to involve getting outdoors, especially hiking and exploring, so the house has a relaxed and easygoing feel.

A friendly heads-up that my dog stays with me a few nights a week — she’s very well-behaved, affectionate and loves people.
