Large double room available in Urmston/Flixton

Hi,

I’m Andy, I’m 41 and I own the house. I work in Paris and spend most of my time there, so the house will basically be yours and the other tenant. The house is located on a nice quiet street in flixton, with shops and a pub not too far away.

There is off street parking and a reasonably sized back garden. The house comes fully equipped with washing machine / fridge / freezer / oven.

There are two living rooms, so basically one each, one bathroom to share and a shared kitchen.
