Outside there is a double garage for storage, small garden at the front and large sunny garden at the rear. There is parking for three cars (currently two cars at the property). The house is on a private quiet road but close to the Trafford Centre, motorway, town and city centre.

The current occupants are both professionals working half the week at home. It's a quiet home, not a party house and we're looking for someone similar to share the house with.
