Spacious Double Room in Greater Manchester

Looking for a tidy, considerate professional flatmate to share this 2-bedroom flat for the remaining time on the lease. There maybe an opportunity to continue the lease with the landlord if you want to stay on after the current agreement ends in February 2025. Council tax is Band A but this is included in the total of £750 per month. (Will increase to £850 for couples.)

There is a large kitchen at the back of the house, a shared bathroom with shower, and a shared lounge. All furniture is provided and may be available to purchase if you wish to take on your own tenancy after February.

Urmston is a lovely and green with a village feel, and good bus and train connections into town. Plenty of shops in the town centre including a farmers' market, and the Trafford Centre is nearby as well.

I recently moved to Manchester with a friend, but they have decided that they prefer the NorthEast so have moved back there, leaving the second double room available. I tend to be quiet and introverted, so enjoy relaxing at home or in my room (usually with a book!) but sociable when I get to know people, and I love hosting friends or going out for meals, concerts, walks (when it's not raining). There are quite a few houseplants in the house that I'm trying to keep alive, and in September I will return to singing with the Halle Choir after a break over the summer. Someone who is comfortable with both quiet relaxation and chatting at home would fit in well here.
