Rooms in a relaxed house close to amenities

Hi guys,

Have a bright and spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached house where I am looking for two professionals to live with. There are two double bedrooms available with free use of the living room, kitchen and garden. There is parking easily available on the street if needed. We have one bathroom and one downstairs WC for use. All bills included.

I'd encourage to visit before hand to see the area and house so you really get the feel, is very nice around here!

The house is an 8 minute walk to Urmston Station, easily accessible to Oxford Road (10 minute journey). Buses also run into the city when needed. Urmston itself is up and coming, lots of nice cafes and bars appearing, green spaces very accessible like the transpennine route good for cycling or long walks.

Have recently been through a full house renovation of my house which has taken its time. Ideally housemates would be very chilled, professionals who generally are working. I like to go out from time to time, social but past the stage now where it is partying until the early hours of the morning. Just be respectful to each other, clean and communicate to each other.

I like to climb, cycle and generally be active. I have just begun training for a triathlon so I will spend a good amount of my time going for that but like to watch some Netflix in the evening from time to time or cook up a storm in the kitchen. I also travel a fair amount so if you’re interested in the same, I’d like to hear your stories. Whoever is here is welcome to do these with me or do their own thing. I want to make it a homely vibe so if there are things you want to do to make it more comfortable then I’m open ears.

There is some furniture to order still but might be worth understanding from whoever moves in what they may need to make the room suitable for them initially. If you want to know anything more, please reach out!
