Spacious Double ensuite room on the first floor available in a social house share in Urmston, suitable for a young professional.

House is fully furnished, with shared kitchen, living room and a south facing garden.

The room itself is a double on the first floor at the front of the house but there is not much noise from outside to worry about.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of fridge/freezer space. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer.

We have a big living room with comfy sofas, TV and a dining room table, perfect for relaxing or socialising.

Living room doors open to a really nice garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is also a small garage for more storage or bikes etc.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one downstairs with a shower and one upstairs with a shower/bath.

We have a cleaner that comes around every two weeks to do the communal areas and a gardener that comes in every couple of the months.

Situated in a great location, Urmston town centre is a couple of minutes down the road via car, 15 minute walk away where Urmston train station is located too. The bus stop is located right outside the house where you can go to Piccadilly, Trafford Centre or Altrincham and are pretty regular. We also have a drive way with enough room for three cars and there is plenty of spaces on the side roads for extra cars. We are super close to the Trafford Centre, M60 and a 15 minute drive to the airport.

We are a sociable house, who like to hang out in the evenings and the weekends, go on nights out together sometimes so are ideally looking for a sociable housemate that would fit in well. All working professionals who work 9-5 Monday till Friday, so would be great to find someone on a similar schedule. Equally we all like time to ourselves and the house is more than big enough to accommodate that.

Rent is £775, paid on the 1st of each month which does include all bills and super fast wifi and move in date is from the first week of April.
