Room to rent in large detached house, Urmston

Furnished double room for single occupancy in large house with garden and off road parking. Sharing with me (owner) and one other lodger. Amenities include washer, microwave, Wifi.
Rent includes all bills, please be respectful as heating bills have increased recently.
References required.

The house is situated within 5 minutes walk of Urmston town centre which has lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Urmston train station isalso a 5 minute walk away with direct routes into central Manchester and Liverpool.
There are buses to Salford, Chorlton, Sale, Altrincham, Manchester airport etc. Close to the Trafford Centre, M60 motorway and approximately 6 miles from Manchester City centre.

Off road parking. Shower room shared with one other person who is very rarely here.

I'm looking to find someone who is easy to get along with, works full time (not from home) and is clean and tidy. I would like someone who doesn't mind cats as there are three well behaved cats in residence.

I’m very easy going, and have shared my home with other people for several years now and have rarely had any issues. Indeed, most people stay a long time and I’ve had three who have returned due to their circumstances.
As long as you wash up after cooking, keep the bathroom clean and respect me and my cats then I’m happy.! I’ll do the same with you ☺️
