Two rooms available in friendly student house

House has 5 bedrooms, only 3 of which are being rented or otherwise used,
All have furnishings (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc....)
Fully furnished kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc...)
A bathroom on the first and shower on the ground floor.
Large living room with tv, sofas, and tables.
A new boiler and gas central heating system.
Basement for storage.
And a small garden/enclosed area at the back.

House is relatively quiet, in an area that is around 15 mins walk from the uni. Not a party house, but friendly and relaxed. Looking for people who are relatively tidy in communal areas.
I myself am in my 3rd year, about to go onto do masters in film.
