Hi! I'm looking for a University of Manchester student to take over my contract for an ensuite catered room in Dalton-Ellis Hall, Victoria Park.
It's a perfect room if you want a quiet place to work but also meet people. The room is near a large shared kitchen and garden. There's a bar, on-site laundry machines, a bike shed, and facilities for tennis, squash, and basketball.
The rent works out to about £220 a week, including all bills, catering 7 days a week (breakfast and dinner), and Wi-Fi.
*Please note that due to the contract only a University of Manchester student can take over the room.*
