Due to a change in circumstances me and my friends are looking for 6 people to take over our tenancies in a house from the 1st July (12 month contract). It is ideal for students or young professionals and can be let as a group of 6 looking together or to individuals/split groups.
The house has 6 large double bedrooms and a spacious communal area, with 3 bathrooms and is situated over 3 floors. It is located in Victoria park on Denison Road, 5 minute walk away from the bus stop which takes 10 mins to get into town/univeristies. It’s a lovely area, we have lived here for several years now and would recommend!
Weekly rent is £141 per room, all bills included! Deposit is 5x the weekly rent.
