Large double room in Victoria park area

Hi, I am taking a year out and need someone to replace me in the house. It’s the nicest room in the house, it has a large bay window and a walk in wardrobe. Double bed, large desk and furniture provided. The house its self consists of 3 other bedrooms which is occupied by 1 male and 2 females. 2 of them have recently graduated and 1 is still a student at UoM. There is a large kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large living room and a basement also. There is 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet and sink. There is a small front yard section and out the back there is a larger garden/yard with a swinging chair.
