Room available. (Tenancy takeover)

Hi,

I'm advertising my room as I plan to leave to go abroad for an internship period and I need someone to take over my tenancy.

Room is available from the 18th of April till the 21st of August by which time the contract ends. However, there is a possibility of staying longer or extending your contract for up to a year with the parent company if you inquire or ask.

The tenancy is shared with two other students. Both are quiet and hardworking but friendly and are always up for a chat or to help out if needed.

Room is spacious and neatly fitted for the needs of a student or working professional in the Greater Manchester Area. (Please excuse the photos as I haven't cleaned the room in a few days)

The student accommodation comes with many amazing facilities such as on-site gym, study rooms, break rooms, game rooms, cinema space to watch movies and more.

Location is 10-15 mins walk from grocery stores (Tesco, lidl, sainsburys) and 5 mins walk to bus stops which will take you to university.

*NOTE* the rent is £2830.50 (the sum of the 4 months rent to be paid) and must be paid up front in order for you to able to take over the tenancy.
