Room available in 4 person house on the second floor in Victoria Park M14

The room comes furnished with:
-a double bed, mattress and bedframe
-wardrobe
-2 bedside tables
- a small chest of drawers

In terms of the overall living space, we have a cosy front room where we love a night in with a homecooked meal, and a glass of wine (bonus if you love horror films!). The kitchen has reasonable space, with a cupboard each, 2 shelves in the fridge each, and 1 freezer with 1 draw available for each housemate, there’s also plenty of room for pots, pans, crockery etc. There is a good-sized table for the occasional house meal as well. We like to keep these spaces clean and tidy and want someone who will be respectful of this space too.

In terms of the tenants we’re an LGBTQ+ household, we’re a friendly group and would be looking for a sociable person to join us, who is keen to get involved in household activities too, but by all means we all respect and appreciate our own space at times. We enjoy cooking together and outings, and have a collective range of interests including arts and crafts, dance, music, and we love a good venture into Didsbury or Withington having a look around the charity shops and markets. A couple of us are relatively new to Manchester so we’re keen to keep looking around exploring what it has to offer! We also enjoy a good night out and are slowly establishing the best locals to us, so bonus points if you know good places for a drink around Manchester!.

We also have a decent sized garden which now the sun is slowly showing its face more, we are hoping to use for evenings relaxing outside. We’re well connected to the city centre as well with the 50 bus route stopping around 5 minutes from piccadilly gardens. In terms of amenities we have a Lidl and an Asda about a 15 minute walk away, however one of us has a car so trips to Aldi are also possible for weekly shops. There is also a premier and a Turkish supermarket close by which are reasonably stocked if you don't fancy the shopping trip.

The rent comes to £437.50 each, with bills coming to around £120 a month, the deposit is one months rent.
