Big house in Rusholme with garden

Hellooo,

I'm looking at moving out of my room from mid - late May/June. I would like someone to sublet until my contract is up in September with possibility to join the tenancy in September if you like.
It's a small room in with a big window and garden view

Big house with nice garden & drive in a great location, short walk from shops (Lidl, Asda) & curry mile. Transport links to town super close by. 5 minute walk to 42,142 etc bus stops.

Birch fields & Platt fields park are very close by. It also has had new kitchen & floors recently put in.

My awesome partner built me a bed so I would have more space, I'm happy to leave it up or take it down depending on preference (there is also a normal bedframe for the room in the basement.

There’s a shared bathroom with bath and shower right beside the room.
The room is on the second floor along with two other rooms with no shared walls.

Ground floor is a shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen has two ovens with hobs.

There is a bathroom on each floor.

The furniture includes a bed, a mattress, drawers & cupboard.
