Spare bedroom in a house of 5

We currently have 4 people living in a house but need a fifth! The pictures are not current, they were taken when the previous tenants were still living there and aren't the best! Please reach out for more videos as I cant attach them here. We are all going into second year but some two have taken a gap year so are 20 going on 21. We all study at UoM, 2 of us doing digital media, one doing history and one doing physics. We are a close group of friends but will be extremely welcoming and open, most likely spending a lot of time in the common areas like the living room. However, this is not a necessary quality and can respect an introverted housemate who prefers a quiet environment! There is a large range of interests so we are sure we can get along with anyone. The house is of a good quality with a large living room and nice sized bedrooms separated onto three floors. The bedroom that is available has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf. It is at the top of the stairs and is next to the largest bathroom which has a bath and shower. It is roughly a 30 minute walk to the UoM campus, but is extremely close to a few different bus stops including the 143 and 50 routes. It is close to the curry mile and Platt Fields park which is very nice on a sunny day.
