I am a student and my flatmate is looking to move away, so we are looking for a new tenant for the rest of the tenancy, until mid -June. It is a short walk to the Curry mile, and near multiple busy bus routes, or a 30 minute walk to the city centre. The flat is furnished, with a living room, kitchen, and the room has a double bed. It is an a fairly small building with 5 other flats, in a a nice quiet area of Victoria park.
The flat has a washing machine, fridge freezer, and gas cooker.
