I am looking for a single female tenant to take over my current contract from January to early July 2026 for a room in a shared house. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, newly refurbished this year. The kitchen is equipped with a new washing machine, dish washer and double fridge with ice dispenser. Bedrooms have a large shelf unit, wardrobe, desk, chair and double bed. It is situated in the Victoria park area, convenient for students, and is currently occupied by two lovely 2nd year students. Rent is around £720 including bills (bills package). Council tax band A.
