Room for Rent in Victoria Park - £153 a week!!

Hi I am Isobel and I'm studying abroad from January till June 2026 and my room is available for rent. The house is in Victoria Park near Daisy Bank accommodation, it is a 15-20 minute walk from University of Manchester and located on the 50 bus route. You would be sharing the house with 5 others, 3 boys and 2 girls. There are two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Rent is £499 a month with £113 for utilities.
Everyone who lives here is a student in 2nd year (some UoM, some MMU).
You would be close to local shops and only a short walk from supermarkets like Lidl and Asda.
The room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe and drawers, with big windows.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, hob and oven as well as two fridges and two freezers.
In the living room we have two sofas, a large tv and a dining table with chairs.
There are also bike racks outside the property.
