Room Available in a Friendly 3 Bed Terrace

I have been at this cosy little house for 4 years and can wholeheartedly recommend it for both students and professionals :) quiet, clean, and friendly. The guys are always down for a chat in the shared spaces, and really make the place come alive.

The contract runs July-June, but I will be looking to leave in May to move in with my partner - so, looking for someone to take the room for minimum 1 month, but 13 months preferred! 📆

Council tax runs at £121 per month, which averages out to around £40 per person. All bills are included and we have not yet managed to reach the cap (even in this year's chilly winter - the unlimited heating is a big bonus!) ❄️

The room itself is spacious and holds a very good amount of storage space. There is definitely potential to move some furniture around to fit a big desk if needed!

The landlord is super responsive and has helped us out in the past without issues whenever something broke or needed replacing.
