Looking for a housemate to replace!

move in from 16th august

Hey !!
we’ve got someone moving out in a few weeks and need a replacement asap!
The room is a lovely size, not too big and not too small, comes with a double bed, nice view into our back garden and next doors back garden. Comes with a lovely wardrobe and set of drawers (will show in pictures). It’s at the back of the house on the first floor so away from noise and such. We’re next to two bus stops that have frequent buses running straight into the city centre also!
We’re all 22, some just graduated from uni, and all in jobs part/full-time.
We’re a super sound house, very social, no strict rules (just pls be clean), all do our own thing and things together as well!
We have two cats too! they’re super friendly <3
none of us are students anymore so we will be splitting council tax, (if you’re a student though you won’t have too, and you’ll give us a discount as well!) band B for council tax.
