📅 Tenancy: 12 September 2026 – 24 July 2027 (you can rebook your room with the company any time)
📍 10 min walking distance to the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University
🌐 Modern student accommodation with excellent facilities, an elevator, study spaces and social areas.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I am no longer able to move to Manchester and am therefore looking for someone to take over my booking.
The tenancy transfer will be completed directly through Q3 Apartments / StudentFM, making the process simple and secure.
