All Bills Double Bedr + Bath University/Mri

Hello!

Yes we have a room for you. We see you, struggling to commute to the Manchester Royal Infirmary or the city centre every day as a hospital or essential worker. Maybe you're just trapped in your parent's house, or with flatmates you no longer get along with. Maybe you're one of the unlucky couples going through an isolation separation. Maybe the room you already have just isn't suitable for 'working from home' and you desperately need a desk and space to breathe. We've got your room!

We have two large double rooms available in our spacious house across the street from the Victoria Baths in Victoria Park, near the Universities area of the City Centre. Plenty of street parking too if you have a car.

We know that all of us are kind of stuck until this isolation is over, so we are doing a rolling agreement so that you can at least stay with us for the duration of however long this self-isolation lasts.

We've currently got one person, there will be two more flatmates - so three in total. The house is larger and could fit up to 5 people but we are only seeking to cover expenses at this time so you will have a bit more space at your disposal, including an upstairs roof deck on which to enjoy the recent sun.

Excellent access to the universities, MRI hospital, city centre, Rusholme, Fallowfield, Withington, etc. Street parking available, large kitchen space and outdoor courtyard. Furnished, with underfloor heating throughout. If you have your own furniture, we can accommodate it, or we can provide for you. ALL bills included! No hassle - we like it that way.

We're looking for someone down to earth and friendly to join us. No smoking or any rec. drugs in the house - if you're alright with that then drop us a line!

Times are strange, so we aren't going to be doing viewings, but I can give you full details of the room including pictures, dimensions, etc.
