House is located very near the MRI hospital and Universities, and is close to bus routes on Wilmslow road and Upper brook st. Short bus ride into the city centre. Would ideally suit a young professional. Someone who's fairly tidy and easy-going with an active social life would be preferable, but good banter is essential! Would be nice to find someone who is looking for a home, not just a house share.
