Nice Housemate Wanted in Rusholme/Victoria Park

We've got a small room to rent in our house-share in Rusholme/Victoria Park. It's a semi with a decent-sized garden in a really nice cul-de-sac. Easy access to Oxford Road and Anson Road bus routes and 10 minutes from the city centre on a bike. The decor is reasonably modern, and all freshly painted last year.

We're aged 25-35 and pretty easy-going as long as you pay the rent on time and don't make loads of noise. There are five of us here but it's usually surprisingly quiet. There's a big kitchen and living room.

Gas and electric bills will be covered by your rent. Water, broadband and council tax won't. We have a dog so unfortunately we can't accommodate a cat or any small furry pets. We could maybe take another dog in, but only if the pair of them got on okay!

The deposit's £300 but you won't need to deal directly with the landlord or an agent.

We'd be okay with a couple taking the room - for a bit extra to cover the bills - and we'd consider a short-term rent, but the monthly payment would go up a little. Depends on the length of your stay, really.
