I have one double room (with all bills included) to rent (flat share) in a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Victoria Park, Hathersage Road M13. The room is available for female student or professional. The other room is currently occupied by male student.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed. Good sized. It's a lovely room in a trendy apartment has a lot of character. Each room got separate bathroom. The kitchen and lounge is combined and is spacious and modern with plenty of storage. It has cooker with oven, fridge and washing machine. All in very good condition.

The apartment is right in Hathersage Road in Victoria Park. It is close to the university and city centre. Also it is close to Oxford Road where many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are nearby.

Rent is £300 per calendar month with all bills included (electricity, water & internet). Deposit is £150. Minimum stay is 3 months. Room is available from the 5th of Dec 2014
