Double room to Let walking distance from UoM & Met

Hi,

I have a double room to let at Victoria Point, in Victoria Park.

Its a large double room, with desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and still loads of floor space, massive windows so lovely and light. Its on the ground floor and a cleaner will be coming in once a month to clean the communal areas. Its in a 3 bed shared flat with a newly refurbished, large kitchen and bathroom.

I've lived in Victoria Park for a year now and i love it, its nice and quiet but still only a 10/15 min walk to both UoM and Man Met, and 10 mins from the centre of town. The rent is £102 per week all bills and internet included. Its a lovely flat and i need someone to take it over from me as i will be moving back home and commuting into Uni next year.
