One room, £92 including all bills

Hello,

We have one fully furnished with double bed and en-suite room free in a huge 8 bedroom property in Victoria Park.

There is one shared bathroom, a living area/dinning room joined onto the kitchen that is fitted with everything from two cookers to a washing machine. The house has three floors plus a basement that we can use for whatever.

The 7 of us are aged 19 - 20, 4 girls and 3 boys going into our second year, we go to both UOM and MMU.

My friends and I put the deposit on this flat in December, we are Architecture students so we chose this flat on the basis that the rooms are big enough to fit big desks and have enough space for all our stuff.

We are unable to take non students. This is because our estate agents said even with the exemptions on council tax it would be about £1000 per year witch is too much for just one non student, they would only allow it if there were at least half non students in the property to split the cost.
