Student Double Room In Spacious House Available For Second Semester This School Year

Double room available for second semester classes (move in after January exams - date negotiable). The house is quite spacious and sunny and only a 10 minute walk to the main road and bus station (right off the curry mile) and it's only a five minute bus to the main campus. The room has a wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers in addition to the bed. It gets loads of sunlight all day long. The house was renovated a year ago and is wonderful condition. Large, fully equipped kitchen and living area with television. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms on the top floor (where the room is) shared between three rooms and another bathroom on the first floor. We have a little garden we're hoping to cultivate over the year. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, but we're right around the corner from the curry mile if you fancy a night out. We're a friendly, social house of students and look forward to meeting you! (There's a French speaker in the house as well if needed.)
