Gorgeous House looking for a new tennant

I have lived in this house with my friends for 4 months. Unfortunately I am leaving university and therefore need to move out.

The house, a new build, is immaculate in a perfect location on a new estate and is close to town and to the curry mile.

The house is exceptionally large and is spread over 4 floors with a toilet on each level. A large shared garden living area and kitchen dinner with newley fitted kitchen is amazing to socialise in.

The room advertised is a double bedroom on the first floor. It is furnished with bed, desk, bedside table and wardrobe with wood floor. Their is also a toilet next door, a balcony on this level and a shower on the next floor.

The rest of the house is occupied to 7 University of Manchester students studying a range of subjects from medicine and dentistry to classical music and chemical engineering and are a lovely bunch of people. Ideal for sharing.
