All houses have fine furnishings. New carpets and bathrooms. No flat packs, all solid wood and leather couches.
Would suit discerning professional house guests, who are friendly respectful clean tidy and considerate.

I dont just "fill rooms " its about the right cohort having common ground and getting along and who like a clean and tidy home!
