I am looking for someone to rent my spare room. I have just bought and renovated the entire house. Everything is brand new and of the highest quality.

The room is a lovely size with a double bed and storage underneath. There is also a chest of drawers & clothing rail. The room is next to the bathroom.

There are two sitting rooms downstairs and a good size garden with garage. There is parking on road which is never an issue.

The neighbours are lovely and the house is close to a number of amenities, the closest being the train station which is a minute down the road and has direct trains into Salford & Manchester.

Walkden shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and here you will find a number of supermarkets, banks, eateries, stores & a sunbed shop. There are also a number of parks close by, Parr Fold Park is about a 4 minute walk and leads to the loop line

I am a teacher so I am never in during the day & try to get away in the holidays so you will have a lot of privacy.

I have 2 gorgeous kittens.
