I am looking for someone to rent my room whilst I’m in London for the next few years.

I bought the house 3 years ago and completely renovated it so everything is in perfect condition. The boiler is brand new, all radiators are brand new, the doors and windows are new. The house is fully kitted out with an air fryer, heated clothing rail, iron & ironing board, hoover & all kitchen utensils etc.

There is a large lounge with a TV, a large dining room, a good sized garden with a large garage and the bedroom is particularly big.

The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers a desk and a clothing rail.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Walkden town centre with a Tesco superstore, Aldi, M&S, boots, sun bed shop & lots more. It is also a 1 minute walk to the train station and the Worsley loopline which is a gorgeous walk.

Transport links are fantastic and the neighbours are too.

There is on street parking which is never an issue.

Bills are included in the rent.

You would be sharing with one of other female who works full time and is lovely.
