Double room in Walkden - Available now

Hey there!

Im looking for a friendly, clean, respectful person to rent out the second room of my house.

It’s a south facing double room that gets plenty of light and comes fully furnished with IKEA furniture comes including a wardrobe with plenty of storage and 2 chests of drawers.

The house is a short 10/15 minute walk from Walkden train station which gets you into Manchester city centre in 15 minutes. There’s a great retail park with a Tesco, Nandos, Aldi, McDonald’s, KFC, M&S Food and Total Fitness gym less then a 5 minute walk down the road.

The house itself has a great size living room & kitchen and comes with everything you’ll need to feel at home. All bills including fibre-broadband are included in the rent.

I’m a LGBT working professional that works both at home and in the city centre and am looking for someone who can hold a good conversation and will look after the place. I’m not a clean freak by any means but am not one for leaving piles of unwashed plates on the side for days and given it’s a shared bathroom & kitchen someone who can clean up after themselves and be respectful of the shared spaces is a must.
The house comes complete with Christopher the cat who is well behaved but sometimes has no understanding of the concept of personal space and does like a good meow.
Room is currebtly occupied but will be vacant soon - looking at doing viewings end of Sept/early Oct to see the room at its best. If there’s any questions just drop me a message!
