You enter through the back of the property through a private door you only have the key for.

READ - On the first photo you can see a door open, that door leads to the front of the house, this is a corridor which other flat tenants use to get to their room. The room you see on the photo would be big enough for a single/double bed, wardrobe, and a small desk and chair. You would enter the property via your own private back garden entrance, bins in back garden are shared by all tenants.

The kitchen has space for a small sofa or a round table and chairs. Or you can buy a kitchen stool and use it under the breakfast bar next to the oven.

The flat is not big but not small, only accommodating 1 person due to rules and regulations. Washing machine is communal located inside the property.

On the plus side the back garden is all yours but you have to put the bins out on bin day. The other flat tenants walk around the front of the property and down to the rear to use the bins. No pets allowed
