**Double bedroom available & family bathroom**

Hello!

My name is Juliette and I’m 28 years old and I work for a global consultancy within Technical Engineering.

I own a brand new, new-build property in the Worsley area in which I live in also. My house has 3 floors, and I have the opportunity for a like minded courteous professional like myself to move in with me.

You would be entitled to a double room, which is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. On the second floor you will also have access to a family bathroom which has a bath, a shower and a toilet.

You will also have access to use my drive which can hold up to 2 cars. I have my car also, so there is one space left which is available.

I have a garden which is lovely in the summer and is south facing which means we have the sun all afternoon! :)

I start work early and finish late and I am out some weekends either travelling or with friends or family.

I also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

I am looking for a like-minded professional like myself, who is clean, tidy, courteous and respectful.

My house is circa 15-20 minutes drive in to Manchester City centre, 10 minutes away from the Trafford Centre and has local amenities such as the train station which is a 15-20 minute walk and food shops at Walkden retail park which is a 5 minute drive.

It’s great for people working in the city centre as I also do myself. There is a bus stop at the top of my road which is a 2 minute walk from my house and it costs £11 per week. These busses run every 5-10 minutes and will take you in to the city centre.
