The room looks very small in the photo but there is room for a large wardrobe and chest of drawers behind the door. Double bed can be fitted.
I live alone and I’m usually working night shifts and away for the weekends! I do sleep during the day so a working from home situation may not be suitable, however this can be discussed.
I have a quirky home with disco balls and lots of colour and looking for someone with similar tastes and interests.
I enjoy socialising and staying active, rarely spending much time at home.
I have a lovely cat called Connie! Pets can be discussed.
The home is a mid terrace with a small garden leading into a large playing field. Lots of countryside walks local to the area.
The village is small and quaint with easy access to the train station and town centre (approx 7 minutes drive). It has good bus links across the town.

The house is fully furnished and I take pride in the upkeep of my home. The room currently has a single bed however this can be changed if required to a double or queen however this will not be provided.
Bills are included in the rent and may be subject to change. A contract will be provided with details of letting arrangements.
