Double En-Suite in friendly house

Hi,

Our housemate is moving out on the 6th July so his room will be available shortly after. Bills aren’t included but usually come to about £80 a month.

It’s not the biggest room but comfortably fits a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed with underbed storage. It’s also got a really big En-Suite with a bath and a shower.

To share, we have a great living room with a big TV, a dining area, a brand new kitchen, and a garden. We live right by Burton Road but it’s still lovely and quiet of an evening.

When our housemate moves out, we will be two girls and one boy so we are ideally looking for another boy to move in to keep the balance.

We would prefer someone of a similar age to us and who would like to join in with the rest of the house.

We are mostly chilled out through the week- we enjoy cooking, watching tele (we like serial killers, documentaries and comedy) and going for pub quizzes. We tend to have a few drinks of a weekend and we like having bbq’s in the summer.
