Room to let in spacious Didsbury flat

My housemate is making the move to live with her boyfriend, so it's time to find someone new.

The flat is a spacious two-bedroom flat in the heart of West Didders. We're a stones throw from Burton Rd and Barlow Moor Road but the place itself is set within its own grounds, so is nice and quiet. Whilst there's no garden per se, the block is set in some quiet and well maintained grounds that lots of residents choose to BBQ or picnic in during summer months. The flat is also pet friendly...if you consent to Montrose Properties pet fee. 😒

The room to let is the bigger of the two with plenty of storage space, including a chest of drawers, large bed locker and fitted wardrobes. We're also getting a new kitchen soon (about time) so don't pay much attention to the existing photos.

As for me, I'm a Coordinator for a healthcare quango. I love keeping active, playing music (amateurishly) and taking advantage of the local nightlife here whenever finances allow. 😊

The room will be available towards the end of August. Rent is £348 each and bills are £140.

The flat is let via Montrose Properties on Lapwing Lane. Their usual fees apply to new tenants.
