We are friendly and social and love to cook for others. We also like our own space, so someone who likes a little of both would be perfect.
The room is first floor, lovely and bright and fully furnished. There is one bathroom which is shared between the three of us but I am planning to put another in the top floor in the next year or so.
The house is nicely decorated and spacious and in a lovely area close to restaurants, bars, shops and a tram stop which takes you into the centre of Manchester in 20 minutes.
