My friend is moving out to live with his partner, so there's a room available from 01/04/19.
I'd like the flat to continue to feel homely, and to become friends with whoever moves in :)
I'm pretty active, so can be out of the house quite a bit, but I'm normally home at a sociable hour.
I'm vegan, do yoga and am generally pretty chilled and friendly.
It's a two bed flat (there is potential for a third, if you have a friend, as the attic has been converted), with shared bathroom, kitchen/living room and there's a washing machine too.
