There is a large car park and lovely garden outside, shared by a few flats in the building.

Kitchen / Dining Room
Including a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all the usual kitchen appliances. The table has 6 seats but can easily seat 8 people. Power sockets have USB charging built in.

The lounge is a really good size and bright and airy with really high windows. There is Sky TV, Sky fibre optic broadband, and 48 inch 4k smart TV.

Bedroom
It's an average/good sized double room on the lower ground floor, with double bed, wardrobe and draws (see floorplan for more info)

Basement storage room
There is direct access from outside into a large room downstairs that can be used for storage. This room is not decorated but very useful for bikes or anything that you don't want to store in your bedroom. Can also be used for workouts etc

Bills are a set £150 per month and include Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Sky TV & Fibre Optic Broadband, TV Licence and a weekly cleaner.

Bills are added to rent, which means that you never need to worry about who has paid which bills, and who owes who. They are calculated with rent, on the day you move in and out. Nice and simple.
