Friendly Houseshare off Burton Road

A great room in a nice houseshare available from 1st October

The House:
It's a spacious and cosy house, with living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. The house is well kept, and the shared spaces are managed between us so we keep them clean and tidy.

The Housemates:
We have 2 girls and 1 guy living in the house. We've been in the house for quite a while, so are fairly settled and used to being in the house. We're all respectful of each other and the shared living space, and we make sure to clean up after ourselves etc and we're conscious of each other's work schedules, so we're not too loud when it's late, so ideally looking for someone who isn't overly loud or having parties during the week! We're also all freindly so up for a chat if we're in the house at the same time. We'll also sometimes have a drink together at the weekend :)

The room:
It comes with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers. It has good light and is comfortable to live in.

The Location:
The house is located less than a 5 min walk from the Burton Road tram stop. Cresswell Grove is situated just behind Burton Road, so you have easy access to the bars and restaurants.

It's a 10 min walk down to the river Mersey where you can walk along to Didsbury Village, or Chorlton Water Park.

Bills:
It's £80 a month that covers everything including council tax and wi-fi.
